Mug - Brown Kiwi Aroha

NZ$39.00

‘Walking with aroha’, features a brown kiwi taking a stroll through beautiful Aotearoa / New Zealand native bush foliage. The kiwi is sporting a fancy mānuka flower crown and is joined by a few special friends.

Kiwi birds are a significant national icon of Aotearoa / New Zealand, equally cherished by all cultures. They represent the wonderful uniqueness of our native wildlife and the value of our natural heritage.
And on another note, kiwi birds are just so incredibly cute! Imagine a giant feathered poi stomping around at night with their strong legs and feet. No tail or large wings to help them fly and yet, this does not make them shy! Sniffing curiously from the tip of their very long beak, vigorously searching for yummy grubs to eat!

Kiwi birds are asking us all kindly to please keep our dogs under control at all times, and want us to know that they are filled with gratitude for the people who are doing their bit for conservation in Aotearoa / New Zealand.
